Negative.  Can’t be done, sorry.  Even if you bleached them, it’s not removing all the pigment, it’s oxidizing.  They’ll turn pink or light brown.

Not really.  You might be able to bleach them to a certain degree, but they’d never be white (probably an orangey color).  You can normally dye lighter colors dark, but dark to light is not really an option.

Going professional wouldn’t make a difference, the same limitations would apply.
