What if you go to a fabric store and buy a yard of crinoline and just have someone hold it underneath your dress so you can have an idea of what it would look like? Or have someone who is decent with photoshop put it into a picture?
I think if you go with like a darker burnt orange, you'll probably be ok, but I'm not sure about like a bright neon orange under ivory.
BTW, that dress is amazing on you.
I love love love the idea of dyed crinoline! (Thanks Pinterest for that one... and like 95% of my wedding inspiration.) Oh and you look like a flippin' Barbie doll in your dress. Post pix of the colored crinoline if you do it, I'd like to see how it turns out!
Great idea, @takemyhand !! And thank you, ladies! Will definitely post pix if I decide to do it :)
I attempted to dye my crinoline orange for my wedding this past October, and it was not pretty...I used RIT dye, I can't remember the color but I got it from their website. I was going for a burnt orange color (I also wore ivory). I ended up scrapping the idea and dyed my crinoline brown instead!

I've come across the idea to dye the crinoline under my dress orange, but I'm uneasy about the way it will look under my ivory dress..anyone have any experience with the way orange looks underneath ivory!? Thanks!
