I did mine and I LOVE it...I used four boxes of fucshia RIT dye and I am very impressed...

I read in one of the links that you should not use a polyester crinoline, but I am having a hard time finding a nice crinoline on ebay that isn't polyester (at least on the top layer). Does anyone know if this really makes a big difference. I would definitely LOVE to avoid having to pay bridal store prices for a crinny. :)
P.S. Spunkyteach, your crinoline came out GREAT!!! :) If you don't mind me asking, where did you find your crinny at?

I've seen some adorable pictures where the bride's crinoline under her gown was died a hue. It made for some really fun pictures to see that flash of color whenever the dress was lifted at all. Is anyone here doing that? Are you having someone do it for you? Are you doing it yourself? Info, please! :)
