I got a reply back from a marriage commissioner, which is super exciting. Although, I’m having some trouble finishing off the email to her. I was hoping some of you could give me some advice on how to close it off?
She has sent me her price chart, with a little bit of extra info, she was recommended to me by two sets of friends who used her, so I’m pretty confident about having her perform our ceremony.
This is what I have so far, any and all advice appreciated!:
We looked over the attachment you gave us, thank you for getting back to us so quickly.
Our Ceremony is scheduled for 4:30pm on the 7th. I know the Lougheed House gives a 1 hour rehearsal time the day before the wedding, do you suggest doing the rehearsal? If so I will call them and double check what time that would happen.
Otherwise, when do you usually meet the couple?
So, this is how I’ve ended it, is that ok? do I just sign my name and press send? I feel like it’s left open, but I don’t want to write something like “Thanks, we’ve decided to use your services!?”
Thanks for any help ladies!

well you haven’t explicitly booked her. if you want to book her, i would add at the beginning – “thanks for the info, it looks great and we think you would be a good fit for our wedding. is there a deposit required to book?”
and at the end, just say “thanks and we’re looking forward to working with you!”

Thanks! I was’t sure if I should put something like that, but the way you’ve phrased it makes so much more sense than anything I had come up with!
