@megs102:  Your pictures are amazing! You look beautiful! And as a fellow Phillies fan I can’t even begin to tell you how jealous of you I am that you got to have your engagement shoot at CBP!!!! Don’t be self conscious, you’re both clearly so happy and in love!  🙂

@megs102:  You both look so happy and natural in front of the camera, I wish I looked half as blissful as you do in your photos. Your love for eachother really shines through in these photos and you guys look wonderful!!

They’re very natural, and you can definetely see the love.

The light happiness on both of your faces in the last picture is beautiful – it really shows your feelings for each other.

I really like the pics, you both look so blooming happy that it shines out of these pictures. We are all our worst critics, all I see when I look at the pics is a lovely couple!

I’m also a Phillies fan and I just adore this idea! I just went throught the SAME thing looking at my engagement pictures. I promised myself I would focus on how happy we are, what a fun day we had (we went to Dorney Park), and not criticize. I tried but like you my eye went to which pictures I looked fat vs. thinner in. No matter what you weigh it’s so much the mental aspect. Self acceptance is a long journey. You are beaming in your pics as is your guy! Keep your chin up, girlfriend!!

I hope you take this in the spirit that I mean it – you both know you are thicker than a snicker and decided to take the pics anyway so what does it matter now? I highly doubt that folks seeing your e-pics are going to have anything negative to say about your weight. What I’m sure they will notice, like everyone here has stated, you look overjoyed with love and THAT is what the engagement shoot is ALL about!

Also, please make sure you 2 are getting healthy together because its a lifestyle change – not just one for your wedding date. You are lucky he is willing to go the extra mile with you, literally. I wish I could get my FI to work out with me buttttttttttttttttttttttttttt its a no go so I’m always on my own with it!

@megs102: Congratulations! I did the exact same thing for my engagement – I’m from Toronto, and we went to Rogers Centre for our engagement. We had a baseball themed wedding, so the Save the Dates really set the tone for our day.

You two look SO HAPPY. These are great pictures, and definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Can you please please please please please share your Save the Date?
