what was the original size supposed to be?  can you get a new stone for the appraised size or did you not insure it just yet

if you want to start over, I know I messaged you before with reputable people, but get your money back, return this gia cert, and tell your fiance that your ring was waiting to be bought and that this one came along as a sign that you both will always work hard to try never to give up on one another, but sometimes you have to let things go to move forward together.

I can’t understand that jeweler..how would they guarentee something and be crooks that swap stones at the same time…and why can’t they do anything without shipping to ny?  what designer is that exclusive they can’t resize the ring?  ahhh I am pulling my hairs out for u…so sorry.

Girl I say cut your losses, get your money back and save the design to get someone else to make it.

This is beyond bad customer service. Can you imagine if your ring came back perfect and a stone fell out or something else the hassle you will have to go thru to get it fixed?

I think that the job they are doing is disgusting and I wouldnt trust them at all and wouldnt want to have anything from them regardless if it is perfect or not…sorry girl this sucks

It can be hard to measure the diamond when it’s in the setting. It might still be your diamond! I hope it works out and you are drama-free soon.
