My wedding is on Sunday but I wanted to give an initial review of the flowers I received from globaltose.com. I ordered 250 roses. I picked about six varieties of pink, white and green. I also ordered 40 stems of mini green hydrangeas. Global rose gave me the tracking number the morning it was to be delivered. they claim on their website that they will send the tracking number the night before. It didn’t inconvience me but I could see where that would other brides. My fiancé had a hankering for starbucks coffee so we left an hour and a half before the flowers were to be delivered. However the delivery man came 30 minutes early and we saw him about to leave. We had to run after him lol. The FedEx guy said he would have tried again later but note to self, leave some leaway for early and late deliveries.
So the flowers came tightly packed and beautiful. The instructions said to keep them out of direct sunlight so we had to work quickly and utilize the little shade we had. We eventually had to movI inside. This is a pic of the hydrangeas. They each have their own water packets. The roses were in another box and tightly packed with 25 stems in each package.
After a few YouTube videos I put the flowers in warm water and removed the bottom foliage. I also used te plant food provided. Here are the results.
My only fear is that they are blooming too quickly. So I found a darker part of the kitchen and took some precautions. My early review is:
Quality of roses: A (some of the white roses blizzard are small and very weak looking. I am glad I ordered so many different kinds because I would be upset if I had too many of this particular rose)
Quality of hydrangeas: B (they are so small)
Value for the money: A
