So my In-laws just invited us over for Easter - so I am thinking about bringing a dessert, but don't have a clue if there are any "typical" or "tradational" Spring/Easter desserts. I usually make pumpkin pie or a cobbler, but these seem more like "winter/fall comfort desserts."

What about your family, what dessert do you typical have at Easter?

Or if not a dessert, if somebody invited you to Easter dinner, what would you bring?

I think of lemon meringue pie, pavlova, carrot cake... Maybe some sugar cookies? Fancy cupcakes?

Angel food cake is a good spring dessert, especially with berries and whipped cream to top it off!  You could also do fruit/yogurt parfaits with granola on top for a healthy dessert.

Peanut butter eggs are my FAVORITE though, by far... yum!!

we usually do banana cream pie at Easter, cupcakes with easter candy on them (peanut m&ms?), or my aunt orders lamb cake.

I would bring a lemon cake.  Or something with fresh berries or fruit.  Maybe a cheesecake?

I always make mini cheesecakes. Usually with strawberries or cherries on top of each. They are the perfect size since they're in a muffin cup, easy to make and delish!
