I think a nice key lime pie would be great!

Note: Americas Test Kitchen recommends using regular limes, not key limes as you can not tell the difference in the end product and they are easier and cheaper to find.

@ThreeMeers:  Or you can cheat like I do and buy a key lime pie from Publix. They even make mango ones which are delicious too!
