Illustrator isn't too tricky if you just need to do type and place some graphics. Try the free trial on the adobe website.
Illustrator is kind of expensive and the free trial is only for 30 days... so work quickly if that's the route you are going! :)
thanks! i'm hoping to be done with my stuff in the next week or 2, so the trial should probably be great!

Hi,
My invitations were designed by someone else using Illustrator and came out great. However, I am left to design my programs, menus, escort cards but i only have Microsoft powerpoint. My monogram, which is in a JPEG file prints very grainy and pixelated as well as the text on these items.
Can anyone recommend an easy to use program? is illustrator very difficult?
