I really should too.  I don’t necessarily diet though.  I portion control my meals/snacks.  What I really need to do is get back to the gym.

I definitely need to get some work outs in as well. Tonight- 2nd bowl of ice cream. Tomorrow- eaiting healthy and getting a work out in.

I’m with you there. I fell of the wagon for a week and a half because of finals (yes, sugar and chocolate and pizza help me study <.<), so I’m back on it tomorrow.

Me! My dad got married yesterday so the whole weekend was full of eating and drinking! Time to get my butt back in the gym!!
