Arrrrgh today is just a bad eating day for me!!! I woke up and had a Fiber one toaster pastry which was good but went down hill from there! Got to work for a staff meeting and someone brought tamales so I had 1/2 of one. Then I attended a new restaurants grand opening for lunch and food was non-stop! So I had a 1/2 quesadilla, 2 small tortillas with guacamole, green salsa, red salsa, and just as I was about to leave they brought out the Mexican dessert! So had a bit of that. After work I have a mixer!!!! And guess what?! Free appetizers, tequila tasting, and mixed drinks!!! I should just throw in the towel for today! Sabotage!!!!

Mmmm….tamales, guacamole, green salsa, quesadillas! What kind of Mexican desesrt was served? Sorry, I love all of that!
I don’t think you did very badly today. Eating only half a tamale and half a quesadilla is hard! Go ahead and enjoy yourself today and watch what you eat for the rest of the week and the weekend. Try not to feel too guilty. It happens to all of us.

Oh man, that would be literally IMPOSSIBLE for me to pass up too. I would of housed it all, seriously. So, ok, this day doesn’t go down as a healthy eating day, but you can do better tomorrow. Everyone’s entitled to a day to go ‘balls to the wall’ as I call it 😛 If I don’t allow myself treats along the way, my quality of life is seriously effected! I love food too much to pass up opportunities…. especially like yours today!

twinstar- I don’t know the name but it was sooo yummy!!! It had kinf of a jello feeling to it but it wasnot jello. I think the name starts with a P in spanish??? I t was yummy!

Don’t feel bad, you can eat/drink whatever you want as long as you stop when you’re full! I’ve been doing that for the last two years and keep slowly losing weight. Meanwhile people stare at me with bug eyes while I shove down hotwings, hotdogs, pasta, burgers, etc.

Hey it’s okay to have a cheat day every so often. As long as you don’t make it a regular occurance, then you will be fine!

Your fine! Eat what you want today, and tomorrow go back to your regular, healthy eating 🙂
Just make sure to not beat yourself up over bad days, or think of today as an end all to your diet!

Moderndaisy- the problem I have sometimes is I do not stop when I’m full! I stop when it’s all gone!!!! hehe but I’m slowly learning how to control myself
