@Boston Bee: I asked my PT this and she said not to. She said if I am hungry I can eat an extra snack but to keep it around 200 calories. Good luck! :D
I think as long as you are feeling healthy and have energy you have to do what feels right... but I have no education to back me up and that. I think your body would tell you if you needed more though.

I've been using my fitness pal for about 6 weeks now. I wasn't exercising regularly the first month, but I am now. I've been burning 400-600 calories a day exercising. I'm allotted 1270 calories to lose 1 lb a week, and since I've been exercising, I usually eat around 1400-1500 calories. I never feel hungry, and I eat healthy foods, but my net calories are usually around 900-1000 calories. Everyone on MFP says I should be eating ALL my exercise calories, but if I'm not hungry and am eating throughout the day (every few hours from 9 am- 9pm), do I really have to? Are just a few hundred extra calories enough?
