I purchased my veil from a lady who actually custom makes a veil for you. if you are not in her area she can ship. the quality was great and the price was insane compared to bridal salons. I believe i paid about 30 dollars and that included beading around the edges and pearls! she can make any kind that you want and will adjust prices based on what you get. I highly recommend her.

here’s her information Crowning glory designs brea ca

Mrs.Z.:  Its cathedral length 2 tier. I am thinking I may get it shortened just a bit so it doesn’t look unbelievely long but I am not sure yet.

I got one off etsy for less than $30 and it was great! That one was cathedral length, and I decided I wanted finger tip, so I bought a used Davids bridal veil off eBay for around $50.

I’m totally getting as eBay veil. 2 actually. Fingertip for the ceremony and birdcage for the reception. The ones I like are about $30 each. I refuse absolutely REFUSE to pay $100+ for a veil.

I got a £10 veil on ebay, I wanted plain tulle though so figured what can go wrong? It was perfect. I’d be way more hesitant if I wanted lace edging admitedly as cheaper lace can sometimes look lower quality so it would be a gamble.

I bought a really cheap one, around £8, and it was awful!!

I ended up going all out on one with lace aplique from a local bridal store instead because I couldn’t do with buying another bad one haha. Ended up costing me £160. I plan on it being a hand-down to any children I might have (if they want to have/use it!)

I’m a bit embarassed to admit how cheap my veil from ebay actually was….£2.50(about $3)and it was exactly like the picture! I got a one tier cathedral length and the tulle wasn’t still and scratchy like I expected, it flows beautifully, I fully expected to have to buy another one but I’m sticking with the ebay one for my wedding on Saturday!
