I feel the same as you about favors…I can’t remember what we got the last two weddings we attended. I just ordered some personalized M&Ms in bulk and am putting them in little beachy type bags (if I can find some cute ones) with a ribbon tie.  I know..been done before but it’s simple and cheap:) I like the salt water taffy idea..cute.

I like salt water taffy. Sounds like a good idea to me. I would probably leave your name off the bag though. How cute are these?!

We are doweed cookies shaped & decorated like our wedding cake. Maybe do the same in a boat or nautical shape? I like the taffy idea too

@Cindy-20:  we are doing sugar cookies, and got a lobster cookie cutter an a wedding cake cookie cutter. 

and who wouldnt eat cookies?!

@Cindy-20:  I really like the salt water taffy idea!  I think homemade cookies or brownies would be another good idea for favors.

Love the salt water taffy idea. You could do little chocolate anchors in a little bag, that’s nautical themed.
