I don't have any suggestions for you (sorry), but I'm definitely interested in seeing the suggestions of others!
I am always a fan of Palatino Linotype and Trajan Pro. Garamond and Georgia would also be good ones with a nice script.
Not sure if you want a serif or sans serif font. Gill sans, Helvectica, Trajan Pro, Cochin
I am using Adobe Calson Pro with Edwardian Script see how that works!

I'm thinking of using Edwardian Script for our fancy font but I need to find a plain font for the rest of the wording?? any suggestions??
