Do you have the confirmation #? If so, you should follow up with UPS. If not, have the seller follow up b/c you have not received it. (e.g. Who signed for the package? When was it delivered?)
If you don't trust the seller, you may want to get the confirmation from him to track it down yourself.
Hope you can get an answer from either UPS or the seller.

If you can't get a tracking number on it, you may want to contact the CC company you used to pay for it and dispute the charge. Sorry, I've never ran into such a problem before. But definitely see if you can get a tracking number and if the seller refuses, threaten him/her with a negative review, which may get him to change his/her mind.
If you paid with PayPal, file a report with them. The seller will then have to respond to them concerning the item. If they are not satisfied that there is proof that the item was delivered, they will recover your money. I have only had to do this once, but it only took about 10 days for them to refund my credit card payment. Much easier than going through the credit card company.
Ok, I'm really not trying to make this sound dumb, but do you live in an apartment building? I had a package that was "Delievered" and I didn't have it, my fiance didn't have it, and the apartment office said they didn't have it. I freaked, and went all nutso on the seller AND my UPS guy... Lo and behold, the front office had signed for it, but filed it under the wrong apartment number. So in closing - if your front office says they don't have it, ask them to check all their filing areas, not just the ones for your apartment/building.

I ordered my MOH a Tiffany's necklace from ebay from a seller who had sold a few before and had all positive ratings from other buyers. It should have arrived by now, so I e-mailed him, asking if he could contact UPS and find out where it was. He wrote back saying it was "delivered" but it wasen't! what do I do? anyone else have experience with bad sellers on ebay? HELP!
