Yeah, another registery stalker!! I sit and wonder when I see items purchased, now who bought those for me?!?!
I have seen that happen before at crate & barrell, not sure if it is yours or something the buyer got. It will be fun to wait and see what happens! Let us know!
For my best friend's wedding, I got her a bunch of stuff on her registry, then also chose an off-registry gift (a pie plate that matched all the other baking gear she had registered for). I thought it would be nice -- particularly because she is a person who loves off-registry gifts, and I am a person who loves for everything to match. So an off-registry matching piece fit the bill :)
Maybe the person got you cake pans or something from your registry and plans to make a "baking kit" out of it for you with the frosting and their favorite cake recipe or something? You'll know when you open it, I guess!!

Oh, I think the C&B website is just weird...we had several random items pop up as purchased that we had never put on our registry in the first place. I was worried that something had gone wrong, but we never got those items, so either they bought them for themselves, or it was a total fluke. Everything else worked perfectly with ours though, so I just didn't worry about it.
Regardless - yay your shower is coming up!!! Have fun!!! :-)

I have to admit to being a registry stalker... but I promise I will be even more excited when the gifts are opened!
I was wondering, though... somebody bought something not on the registry from crate & barrel. I didn't realize that those things would show up on our registry... It's weird (it's cupcake frosting...). I don't know if it was bought for us, or if the buyer got it for themselves the same time as registry gifts. Not that I need to know if the frosting is for us... I was just wondering if this is common occurence.
I'm so excited!!
