White shoes are fine. I don’t know anyone, even little old ladies, who follows that rule anymore. Obviously it’s ignored for weddings, so if the bride is wearing white after Labor Day which nearly all do, there’s no reason why the flowergirl can’t either if the bride chooses.

Even so, even in everyday life, it’s not hurting other people to wear white after Labor Day. Fashion changes all the time. It’s no different than wearing black to funerals which no one does anymore except in the movies. I wouldn’t worry about it.
