@AllyV0621:  Stumbled on this thread and saw nobody answered you! I don’t know what that bridal store’s prices run, but I work at a bridal shop that has carried Allure and Maggie Sottero. Both designers’ suggested retail prices tend to run between about $1000-1700. Of course anything with more fabric (layers, ruffles, ballgown), more beading, or more lace will be on the pricier end, while simpler styles will be less expensve. Sounds like these designers may tend to be a bit pricier than what you’d ideally like to spend, but keep in mind that they do nice quality work, and dealing with a good bridal salon is worth a lot, too; I may be biased but I think a good bridal consultant is a valuable resource! It may be worth checking out the salon if you have your heart set on purchasing from them; many salons carry a couple of lines at several price points, they may have a sample sale coming up, or at the very least you’d have the experience of shopping there.
