I love Elf on the Shelf! I don't have one (yet), but I love the ideas on Pinterest! Hmmm names, names.... Lorenzo?? Hahahaha! What kind of Elf do you want him to be?
Our elf on the shelf was never named... I'll have to ask my son what his name is tomorrow.

20 minutes after we went to bed last night, SO sits up and says, "Keebler!!!" So, with an emphasis on cookies and a name I can live with: Keebler is the name of our Elf on the Shelf. He's obviously going to be a little kitchen dweller.

I named mine Tebow...after Tim Tebow.
I guess I was hoping I'd wake up and Tim Tebow would be on my fireplace instead of a silly doll.

Oh and my son said the shelf elf's name is 'Pip Squeek'

My husband runs a blog about firearms. I sent him the link to the Elf on the Shelf website and suggested that we get one and name it Gunner.
My husband and I watch The League, one couple on the show got an elf on the shelf and asked their 6 yr old daughter what to name it. She said Kegel and they were like okaaaaaay? I don't have any suggestions, but I wouldn't recommend Kegel. hahaha
WHat on earth is an Elf on the Shelf? I saw a commercial for a movie for this yesterday, but I have never heard of this before. What's the deal?
@Asia: The elf sits on the shelf during the Christmas season, watches your kids and reports to Santa if they do anything bad. Santa is a very busy man, so the elvess help him with the inside scoop on who'se naughty/nice.
we named ours Shimmer but my fi's 4 year old calls it an "elk" instead of elf so that will probably be it's name
I have a friend with an elf name Elfonso and one with an elf named Elfis.
@LilacViolet: I actually just realized Elf on the shelf and Christopher Pop-in-kins(his actual name) are two different things! My sister just bought a Christopher Pop-in-kins for my nephew and it comes with a book and everything. Lol. My newphew LOVES looking for Chris every morning.
