Last week i went for a lash tint and brow shape with Robert (eliza's son). He left the tint on while he waxed my brows (even though i questioned this at the time). As a result the tint was left on my lashes (and under eye skin) for way too long. I walked away with blood red eyes that 3 days later have still not cleared and burns on the skin under my eye. The skin under my eye was really painful for 3 days and is now starting to peel/flake as it tries to heal. After years of taking care of my eyes and making sure i was using great (expensive!) eye cream, robert has probably done irreversable damage by BURNING the skin under my eyes. All this for $160. This place should be shut down. He clearly has no idea what he is doing.

Thoroughly DISAPPOINTED!! If I'm spending $130 (not including the tip), I should feel completely pampered and my eyebrows should come out PERFECT........every time!

Every visit always felt tense and rushed. Eliza is always multi-tasking while not focusing on the person that sitting in her chair.

She's constantly yelling at the receptionist, walking around; scolding people thru out the office; never fully paying attention to the client.

You can't work on clients, pamper them, give them 100% while you're trying to manage, train your staff and run your business. It's a great disservice! Huge let down when I'm willing to pay this amount of money, and I get home and see my eyebrows arches and lengths are not identical!

I went 3-4 times, I never left satisfied; my eyebrows were always shaped differently. She was never precise.

I know I can pay $10 at any nail salon and get the same (crappy) service.
