    I don’t think this is really an “etiquette” thing, but it would make it much easier for all your guests if you made it clear exactly who is invited. The “e-envelope” sounds like an easy and ideal place for this. Just as an example, if A and B live together, and you only send the email to A, they might wonder if B is invited. If you address the envelope to A and B, then they won’t wonder (even if they’re just wondering a little bit).
