I have a very simple (jcrew) wedding dress that I would like to embellish with ribbons or fabric to incorporate my wedding colors. Has any one else stumbled upon any websites that give ideas on what one can do to embellish very simple wedding dresses?

if the link doesn't work go to target.com and then wedding and then wraps and sashes. If you don't like sashes you can try a wrap

or have someone sew on some pretty beading

I'm having the seamstress sew on fabric covered buttons along the zipper line and someone suggested I sew crystals on the bodice in a random pattern just so that it glitters when the light hits them but not noticeable otherwise. I was going to buy them at the Hobby Co on Geary and 16th.

I have a sash that has beading and such on the bottom of long tails in the back.
