For those of you who embossed your invitations, I need some advice. This is my graphic for the top of my invitation (it will be centered). Would it be easier to make it into a stamp and then stamp & emboss the invitations, or would it be easier to buy an embossing pen and trace over the lines and then emboss?
I’ve never embossed before but I LOVE how it looks so I really want to include it in our invitation suite.

Sorry…here’s a smaller image but the real resolution is much better than this!

I just finished embossing my invitations and let me tell you..its work! I love my invitations and wouldn’t have done it any other way. I used a stamp, ink and embossing powder and it was a time consuming, but the result was great!
My suggestion to you….use a stamp! I love your design by the way!

Yup, use a stamp, with colored pigment ink and clear embossing powder. Good luck!

I agree with the stamp and pigment ink, although I would test your image on the oclor pigment ink you want with clear embossing powder and then test it with the pigment ink you want and a matching embossing powder.
I have used clear embossing powder for some embosssing projects, but sometimes it looks better to get the actual color you want in the powder, it can sometimes come out nicer.
