Relat:  If you think you won’t wake up on time, grab some coffee and keep working. You’ll have time to nap in the wee hours of the night when you know you really need it or sleep fully when the project is done. It will be okay.

I know that I tend to get suuuuper tired if I have carbs or a heavy meal before pulling an all nighter, so I would suggest avoiding that if you’re like me.

If you’re laying down mind racing and feeling a bit sick I would say you need to eat something and have a drink of water. Leave your alarm set but keep pushing through until your mind stops racing. Then have a small lie down. Set your alarm on max volume and set one every 5 mins so you know you won’t miss it!

You got it. I’m a natural insomniac so staying awake doesn’t bother me. But if I’m very tired and need to stay awake I try to stay cool. Being warm makes me sleepy. Good luck!
