I definitely would, which is a huge part of the reason FI doesn’t want to get our bands yet. πŸ™

I wear it right now instead of my e-ring πŸ™‚ It keeps my hand from being naked, its more traditional to his culture and I don’t have to worry about snagging the stones or ruining the e-ring ( scrapes, inclusions, food etc) !

Your definitely normal!  lol

I haven’t worn it out in public, but I do tend to slip it on and wear it around the house.  I just love the extra sparkle!!  My FI definitely thinks I’m crazy.

Yes! But only when FI is not home because he doesn’t like it–he thinks it’s bad luck.  I however love test driving my bling.  I can’t wait to wear it outside the house every day πŸ™‚

I want to wait until after the wedding and my fiance wants me to as well but sometimes when Im sitting at home I can’t help but look at it and try it on. In fact I was taking pictures of it just a few minutes ago lol.

I kind of wish I could, but it’s in my fiance’s parents’ safe 50 miles away. πŸ™

Call me a prude, but I definitely wouldn’t.

To me, that’s like opening/using a gift before it’s been given. Before the ceremony I wouldn’t see the ring as “mine”.

ps – your ring is lovely, though.

@jude7186: Don’t get me wrong, if I could get away with it I would totally wear it out in public πŸ™‚ I loooove it! Plus at this point I feel like we’re already an old married couple and the wedding itself is just a formality, so I feel like it’s mine already, in contrast to @Ivorybuttons’ point, haha. Then again, I’ve never been one to be able to wait for a gift!

Yep, Mr. LK and I will slip ours on every once in a while, but we never wear them outside of the room where the rings are stored in our house. here we are, enjoying our lovelies earlier this month.

FI won’t let me! lol. But sometimes I do sneak it on when he’s not around. It just adds so much sparkle to mine πŸ™‚ My e-ring is a beautiful (but admittedly plain) ruby. The wedding band is full of sparkly diamonds!

@Ivorybuttons: I paid for my ring with money from my grandma, so it isn’t a gift from my fiance, nor was my engagement ring. I do want it to feel special.
