I’ve heard of this! I think it was in Glamour or Marie Claire. I didn’t try it for 2 reasons: 1) engagement was a surprise to me (just the way I always wanted) and 2) I don’t eat meat!

I think its more psychological, it would work with pretty much anything – say, if you are vegetarian and don’t eat chicken. So go ahead and make engagement tofu if you feel like it.Wink

Yeah I tried it but I am still waiting. Also, the chicken needed to be cooked a lot longer than the recipe said in my oven.
