I have a friend who recently got married and used Isabelle Carbonell: http://www.izaca.com/weddings_portfolio.htm My friend didn't do engagement photos, but she was on a tight budget for the wedding so I'm sure the e-photo pricing would be in line with the prices my friend got for her wedding package....and most importantly, the photos turned out amazing! If I were getting married around here (or doing e-photos), I would definitely have considered Isabelle :)

Our photographer is Rachel Naft. Engagement photos were 200 and her other prices are very reasonable, not to mention she is great and has rave reviews! Her work is at www.rmnphotography.com

Check out Doug Phillips Photography. He does the DC area, the Eastern Shore, you name it and he has an awesome photojournalistic style. I am pretty guilty of stalking his blog. Love him!

Wanakhavi Wakisi was our photographer...quality photos at a really good price! I love him!
he books up really quickly so if you are really interested I would call to see if he's available on your day...

Hello Bees!
I'm on the hunt for a photographer to shoot my engagement photos. If you know of anyone or are someone in the DC/VA/MD metro area who had great photos done can you share the name of the photographer & pricing info? I'm on a budget (under $1,000) - any tips on photographer to contact would be greatly appreciated! Also... if you know of photographers to stay AWAY from let me know ;)
