Are you thinking of this person for your wedding? Yikes. Good thing you caught this now. :(
I think looking at the images critically and deciding what you don't like about them before confronting him is fair: if it's something from your end (e.g. your outfit didn't photograph well) s/he shouldn't be to blame. But if it's the quality of the images, or the way they were shot, s/he should be given the opportunity to make things right....and if they can't (or won't) this is the moment to find a new photog!

I have a question for you ladies. I choose a photographer and he has really great pictures on his website and I got great reviews, but when he took our pictures I was less than impressed. What would you do? A friend suggests that I should ask them to retake them?
