First off I want to apologize for ranting about obviously a very first world problem.
My fiance and I have been engaged since March 29th of this year and we still don’t have engagement pictures. Our lives are pretty hectic over the summer I had a job, an internship and training for a this fall’s soccer season ( each day we had a specific 2-3 hr work out) which I was very adament on doing because I was red shirted the previous season for a knee surgery. My FI was also busy working a full time job he weekly gets overtime in. Now that we are in school we are busier than ever. He has over 20 hours of school while working a full time job. While I have 18, soccer, required study hours (team gpa stuff), student psych club stuff, as well as a work study job.
I really wanted fall engagement pictures, but that’s definitly out of the question seeing as we may see snow this week. I’m starting to wonder if we should even do them at all, with our wedding being in June. :-/
Okay rant over!

I say do them when you can fit them in. We had planned on doing ours on our ‘minus one year’ anniversary, but we really wanted to do outdoor photos. The photographers were fine rescheduling if the weather wasn’t nice out. Well wake up the day of the wedding and it’s cold, very windy, snowing, freezing rain, cloudy and NASTY out. We rescheduled to a day about a month later. Wake up that day and it’s -35 without the windchill. Rescheduled for a few weeks later and a week before we were supposed to do our photos I was in a car accident and broke my left arm. We ended up finally doing our photos more than 3 months later just days after I got my cast off. Some of the photos were a little awkward because my arm was still really sore and atrophied, but the photos got done and there were a lot of good ones.

We didn’t do them! We used the extra couple of hours with our photog to have him at the rehearsal dinner!
