Weddingbee boards

So I would love some help with this girls (or guys  ). It involves the locales for me and my guy's engagement pictures. I plan on having some taken on the beach (Hey, I don't live in Florida for no reason lol) but would also love to take some other places. I have seen some gorgeous pictures taken in fields and would love to do that too. Especially a field filled with something pretty. Thankfully my family has agricultural ties and the acres to make this want a reality....with some sweet talking of my Grandaddy of course haha. He told me it would be okay for me to pick something and he would plant a field of it for me and my FI to take pictures in.

So, my question to everyone is what should it be? I love the idea of sunflowers, but is there another flower that would be pretty and make a big impact in your opinion? I also like the idea of cotton, which while not a flower I think it looks great in photos. As you can see I'm a bit all over the place so any opinions would be greatly appreciated!

Oh, for those of you who are wondering why I haven't asked my FI his opinion, well I can't because he is out on a mission right now in Afghanistan  but when he gets a chance to call I will make sure to ask him and report back with his opinions.

My friend did cotton and I thought the pictures were really great!  Especially if you wear bright colors!

Have you thought about areas that are really significant to you and your FI?  Like the place where you two met or where he proposed? 

I think you will need to also discuss this with the photographer who is shooting your eSession. He/she might know great spots as well to shoot at.
