Engagement Pictures

posted 4 months ago in Beehive

Hola!

I'm trying to think of something fun to do with our engagement pics at our reception. We are having a photo booth and using the book that comes with that in lieu of the traditional guestbook. I have seen people just frame a few of the great engagement pics and put them on the table with the table cards, or gift table.  Then I've seen one blown up and on an easle.

Any "out of the box" ideas for these? I dont want them to go to waste!

Thank you!

Check out Miss Pineapple's post on non-floral centerpieces - you can construct triagular centerpeices out of picture frames featuring your e-pics.  Another bee used her e-pics as table signs.

You could also use e-pics as part of the signage, if you need to make directional signs.

OOOH, i like the directional signage with the pics, great idea! We already have a florist, so the other idea wouldn't work. Sounds pretty cool still!

We used mpix.com to make our engagement photos into a yearbook style photobook that people will sign.  We put lines from our favorite songs on the pages with our pictures. I turned out great!  It has a very "yearbook" feel.

Hi, I would make them into to postcards and then put a stamp on the back of them and then address them to your address and ask your guests to send you a message while you are on your honeymoon.  We read about a couple who did this and it went over really great with their guests!  They were also able to save the memories of their wedding - we are going to do this by uploading our image for a small postcard at savethedatemagic.  It is a really neat thing to do.  Thanks and congrats, Crystal
