CONGRATS
I am not 100% sure about hotels with staircases however below are some hotels with some beautiful lobbies.
The Arctic Club hotel is absolutely beautiful, but I'm not sure if they have a lot of staircases. You should definitely check out the Dome Room.
I did my engagement session in Pioneer Square, mostly by the Grand Arcade. It was February and freezing, but no rain (!!!) and we had a lot of fun.

My engagement session is on the 19th of Dec. and need some location recommendations. We're thinking about taking pictures in formal attire at a hotel and winter/ casual attire outside, possibly Pike Place since that's the only place we know of. What hotel would be perfect for an engagment shoot? I'm thinking classy with staircases. Please help!
