I haven't been there in a few years, but The Huntington Library in San Marino might be a good location for your e-session. There are a variety of gardens including a japanese gardern, a rose garden that smells AMAZING in the spring, etc. and a couple of museums. You might also want to scope it out first to see if the gardens are in bloom. ![]()
Maybe the Norton Simon in Pasadena? Don't know what their restrictions on photography are. Or lots of people seem to be doing Disney Hall downtown.
Oh, my gosh! I'm getting married on May 2008 too! Actually, My wedding day is 5/18/2008!
For the E-section photo shot, I agree with the idea of Hungtington Libary. It is a beautiful place. You definately will have wonderful pictures there!
Wish you all the best.
Thanks for your suggestions! They got my juices flowing and I started thinking about the Getty (museum or villa). I will proceed to email our photographer to see if he's had any previous experience at these venues :) I am muy excited, heehee!
I have not lived that way in a few years so I hope these places are still relevant... I won't even go into how long ago I graduated from Alhambra :)
I have always loved the main Pasadena post office...
How about a local icon like In-N-Out (my FI would be jealous of anyone doing e-pics there). Go to one of the originals in Baldwin Park or even the one in Arcadia off the freeway is all right. Or even The Hat for a late night eating a Pastrami shoot with cars going by in the background.
Mission San Gabriel
Descanso Gardens
Just walk Old Town Pasadena for nooks and crannies...
It is almost fair time... L A County Fair e-pics could be cute

Hi all!
Do you have any suggestions for engagement session locations in the San Gabriel Valley (CA)?? I love flowers, but will be having a photo shoot at the Arcadia Arboretum on the day of our wedding (May 2008), so I was thinking indoors (like a museum)? If outdoors, more beachy?
Thanks for your help!
