that can definitely be photoshopped dear, also if you go to a makeup counter they usually have those things that you can put on your face that dry the zit out. i promise it will be fine ((HUGS))

most definitely!! i got a HUGE one before M's grand opening at his nightclub.. it sucked majorly!! and then i got one before a huge show that i had... i think the anticipation and stress get to you... let's just say before every big event i say WOO-SA!!!
The same thing happened to me! I actually canceled and rescheduled our appointment because of a giant one on my chin (I never get pimples!) It was mostly all gone by the next week, and you can't even see it in the pictures. Like everyone said, they will photoshop that sucker right out of there, so no worries :)
