FI and I have only been engaged a couple months, but I am sure we will celebrate ours. It was also our 3 year dating anniversary. So in 2013, it will be our 4 year dating anniversary, 1 year engagaversary and 3 weeks and 2 days married anniversary. lol πŸ™‚

We got engaged Christmas day so there will always be a celebration that day anyway. This Christmas will be our first year engaged so I can’t say yet what/if we will do.

I never thought about celebrating that day. He proposed on 11/11/11 and I think he would go nuts if I ask him to celebrate another aniversary. lol

We celebrate it, but it’s not nearly as big a deal now as our wedding anniversary will be.

Since we’ll be engaged for over a year, we might that one time, but not after the wedding.

I’m not sure of the date that we got engaged.  We’ve been engaged for 2-3 months and are getting married next month so it really doesn’t matter anyway.  πŸ™‚

We got engaged on our 5 year dating anniversary, so yes, we’ll celebrate it! But FI has informed me, that once we get married, it’s all “re-set” and we’ll only celebrate the marriage date. lol!

I chose “other” because he proposed on my birthday. πŸ™‚ So, we can celebrate for both.

We are getting married exactly 2 years and 1 day after the date he proposed, so we can basically celebrate both at once.

My very best friends parents still celebrate! πŸ™‚ They have been married for almost 30 years and on the engageversary he brought he flowers. We asked if it was just because and he smiled, and said, “nope, it was on this day (i forgot the number) years ago I proposed and she made me the happiest man in the world by saying yes.” We all swooned of course and her mom just smiled at him. <3

I won’t be celebrating any engagement anniversary, we won’t be engaged a year anyway. (Sept 2012 – engaged to May 2013 – wedding) And even if we were engaged more than a year, I wouldn’t want to, the wedding anniversary is the only one I would celebrate.

We will probably only because we got engaged on our dating anniversary. If we didn’t I probably wouldn’t bother.

We don’t, but simply because our getting together anniversary is 5 days after that, so we celebrate that, and once we are married it will just be our wedding anniversary πŸ™‚

We acknolwedged our engagement anniversary on the 1 time it occurred before we got married. I took that opportunity to give my husband a gift of silver cuff links that he could wear to our wedding. I thought it was special because on that day a year before he gave me my engagement ring :). But we haven’t celebrated it since then, aside from the fact that it’s my birthday which we do celebrate.
