Unfortunately all of the engraved mountings that I've seen are all pricey due to the work involved but you can check out Vatche or Kelege or A Jaffe-they all have beautiful designs.

I also love the engraved look so my fiancé located a jeweler that made my ring. My fiancé worked with the store designing the ring and he had it engraved with a unique scroll and migraine design. It took several weeks for the jeweler to finish and the project actually gave the jeweler tendonitis! Anyway, it's one of a kind and beautiful and it was actually cheaper then buying one of the fancy, expensive rings. I love it because so much thought was put into it. So I would look around for jewelers that can design and make rings in house and see how much it would cost to have done. Engraving is really a lost art so have your honey look at samples of their work to get an idea of what they can do. Good luck!

Sorry it's milgrain not migrain...damn spell check. Anyway, I forgot to mention I have tiny fingers too a size 3.75 so we small fingered girls have added challenges when trying to order stock rings.
