I recently started WW and am looking to drop a bit of weight before my December wedding. However my body is in need of some serious toning too. Do you ladies think that 4 months of lifting 3-4 times a week would be enough to show improvement? I am really worried about my arms looking like crap.

@mattsgirl813: Plenty of time :). General rule is that it takes 6 weeks to see a difference in muscles. You should hit your goal no problem!

Plenty of time! I can tell a different in about a month if I work really hard. It’s much easier to maintain also so I would start lifting now and keep up the WW. It really is a great program!

if you follow the WW plan, you can expect 1-2 lbs a week loss. And no matter what, if you start now you will definitely look better in 4 months!

I don’t lift much, but I think it was about a month for me to see some serious results running, and two or three months until people were like “Woah! Look at YOU!”
So you’ll definitely see a difference in 4 months!
