My sister had a "play table" for kids at her wedding; the table had such items as activity books, toy cars, etc. Not only did the table keep the kids entertained, but the majority of them spent all their time on the dance floor :)

I've made the decision to invite some of our guests' children to the wedding. They probably range anywhere from 3-12, and at most there would be 15 of them. Where we're getting married, there is an outside part that has picnic tables, and I figured I could throw some plastic tablecloths on them, set out some coloring books & crayons, maybe some Old Maid and Uno cards, bubbles, etc.
I'm also thinking of asking a couple teens from the church who I could pay a little to be the sitters so that the parents can have fun. Does anyone have any other ideas that they're doing or that they've done that worked well? I found a post that said put out disposable cameras for the older kids and let them go around and help be photographers. I guess I also need to consider some kid-friendly foods...
