A friend used Inkspun and was happy with the results. I think you mail your envelopes, send your guest list in a spreadsheet and get back a proof. Once you approve it, it takes a couple days to get your envelopes back.
It's pretty cheap -- about $.60 or so for set of outer and inner envelopes.

I'm looking for somewhere to do either computer calligraphy or just printing of the outer envelopes for my wedding invitations. Anyone have any suggestions for a cheap place? Not sure how much this should run, but I want it as cheap as possible. Thanks!
