I don't know anything about Stardream paper, but why not try mailing one to yourself to see what happens?
I think what they end up doing if the stamp is no good is to put a white label with the stamp on them. Which you probably don't want, but there's no point in worrying about it... no one actually pays any attention to the envelope anyway =)
I made RSVP postcards out of bronze stardream cardstock and the postage stamp stuck just fine.

So after putting all of the address labels on our invitations, I had a horrible thought: my envelopes are Stardream brown and I don't think the postmark will stick to them! It never even crossed my mind to do outer envelopes until after the fact and now I am starting to drive myself nuts worrying about it!
Has anyone mailed their invitations in only a Stardream envelope and what were your results?!
