Hi Everyone! I'm writing because I am an avid customer of Remote Assistance Paper by Joy remoteassitance.com but have recently had a problem with them. I have been ordering envelopments products from them the last 4 years but there's an issue with my current order. It has been 2 weeks since I placed my order and it has not arrived. Has anyone else experienced this lately?

In the past they have always delivered on time or early with my order. But in this case my credit card was charged over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received my package. I need this to finish DIY wedding invitations ASAP! I have tried contacting them through phone & e-mail but no response. Would love to hear anyones experience with them lately or have any advice for me. Thanks for your help in advance!

I'm having this same problem.  I ordered January 18th and was charged and now I haven't received any more communications.   Did you ever receive you paper?  I really need mine for wedding invites.

Please let me know if it has resolved.

Unfortunately I never received the paper from Remote Assistance/Paper by Joy. I called my credit card company and filed a claim to get the charge reversed. I have a case filed against them and my credit card company suspended the charge so I am not liable for it. Most credit card companies will do this, you should call yours to see what they advise.

To replace the order, I went to the envelopements website http://www.envelopments.com/ to find a local dealer that sells envelopments or who can order it for me. In SF, there is an art store called Flax Art & Design http://www.flaxart.com/ that was able to order everything I had orginally ordered through Remote Assistance and it ended up only being about $40 more. Order was placed on a Monday and I received my order that Friday. I am going to be using them for any future projects.
