Great advice.... different vendors often sell slightly different sizes or formats of envelopes, so it's always best to stick with the same vendor to get consisten products.
I just got a newsletter from Cards & Pockets that they you can custom order envelope liners in their patterned papers.. you could go that route!
Doh! Too bad I already bought my liners. I'm so suprised how expensive these things are!

I bought my envelopes and pocketfolds from cardsandpockets.com- they have great prices and are super friendly. However, after much contemplation between buying premade liners and printing them myself, I decided to buy precut A7 liners from Enveloppers Inc. They arrived promptly and look great, but when I put them into my A7 cardsandpockets.com envelopes, they didn't fit! The envelope's flap is longer than the flap on the liner (despite both being A7), so there is a disproportionate amount of space between the edges and it looks pretty crappy. I'm going to buy new envelopes from Enveloppers Inc and just save my other envelopes for my thank you cards, but I wanted to warn other DIYers just in case.
