I made our escort cards & FI made our table markers. He painted various landmarks & the escort card will have the city of the landmark to escort them to the right table to then choose a chair. (Example: painting of the Eifle Tower, escort card states name of guest & Paris, France)
I want to make a little sign to help people out so they don’t get confused (it’s pretty simple, but you never know). Does anyone have any ideas of what to write or poems and such? Thanks!

keep in mind that if you have a lot of tables it can take quite some time for guests to find their table when you use names instead of numbers.
Have you thought of drawing a map of the tabel layout with their names to place next to the escort cards?

@julies – thanks for the idea! I can work a little off of that. your arrangement is very cute btw!!
We only have 6 guest tables so I don’t think it’ll take too long, they only have 6 paintings to look at and see which one matches their card 😛

Your city has a landmark
By which it’s widely known
Match the drawing on the table
To find the seat that is your own
My humble attempt.
ps that’s not my arrangement- just a pic off the net
