I would do a separate ones for the friend and each child and include the girlfriend with the friend's child.
I agree with cmk1215, have extra place cards for the chidren since they are in their 20s. Then you can put the girlfriend on the same placecard with one of the kids.
That sounds like a good way to handle it. How are you wording your other escort cards though? It might be a little weird if they are all categorized by family and then you break this one family up. If that is the case, then I think your wording would be fine.
My mother would have veto-ed it, but I would say Yes to the Moyo Family and Suzy Smith.

Also, an unmarried family friend was invited w/ her 3 children (in their 20's), plus a guest. They RSVPd yes for the family friend, 2 children, and the one child's girlfriend. I was thinking of doing the Escort Card as "The Moyo Family & Suzzy Smith" Is that okay? I really didn't want to give Suzzy her own escort card, because i really don't think she would know to look for her own card. But what is the best way to handle this??
