I know there are probably a million threads about this but I can’t seem to find any that are specifically answering my question…
How are you wording your escort cards? One card per couple or one card per guest?
Married Couples: Mr. and Mrs. John Smith (One card)
Single couples: Mr John Smith & Guest (One card)
Married couples: Mr. John Smith – Mrs. Jane Smith (on separate cards)
Single Couples: Mr. John Smith – Ms. Jane Doe (on separate cards)

I am doing mine seperate just because I am doing origami flowers for them so I thought it would be nice for each person to have their own.

We did the following for all of the odd situations that we had
Married & Sharing a last name:
Jane & John
Married or unmarried who don’t share last name:
& John Smith
Married sharing a last name & with children:
Jessica & Jamie

And we did one card per couple or family.

For us married couples shared a card and unmarried couples each had their own card. That way everyone could find themselves in the right alphabetical spot. We only had one couple who was married and but didn’t have the same last name and we put them on one card and he was listed first so we alphabatized based on his name.

I am putting couples on one card: Mr and Mrs John & Jane Smith

Skipped them entirely and made a poster, best decision ever!
As for the names, we listed everyone seperately, married or not.

I think I’m doing mine on seperate cards because they are also going to double as an indicator of who ordered what. I have 3 entree selections so will have 3 different colored escort cards.

Married couples were on 1 card, unmarried guests were on individual cards.

One card per couple. I actually just had mine printed on Moo business cards, and they turned out fabulously!
