Could you just space out table numbers along the rows, even if they're not really discrete tables? That way people would be able to head over to the right direction to find their place cards (which I would suggest, since it might get a little confusing otherwise).

We are going to have about 100ish people for dinner at our wedding. Right now, we are planning on seating the chairs in 3 to 4 rows of long tables (king's tables).
How would I let people know where they are sitting?
