I can definitely see it! And I think it would look amazing, seriously! It goes with your theme perfectly. That would be a very elegant looking escort card table! Sometimes I wish our wedding was in the fall just so I could go with the fall theme.
I think using pinecones is a great idea! I also love the look of the frayed edges of the escort card in your first picture.
@ Stacie83 - I'm also doing the Manazita branches in pots w/ moss coverings. I punched out small circle-shaped tags to put everyone's name and then the table # on the back. Everyone tells me its going to be a pain in the ass to find their name/table # (we are estimating 150+ guests and using 2 trees) but I DON'T CARE!!! hahahahaa Its going to look cute so who cares if they spend a few extra minutes finding their name!!

They have a section where you can request items made for you - and people submit their "proposals". Just an idea - may save you some time in trying to track them down.
Oh my god, that sounds amazing! I wish I could do that but pine cones don't really make sense in Texas. In my alternate wedding I would totally do that. Go for it!
I found some silk fall leaves online and I think I'm going to scatter those around the pine cones as well. So it looks like the leaves and pine cones were falling off the tree kind of thing. Thanks girls! I feel better about it already. :)

I need your opinion bees. I really want to do an escort card table, where I have tree branches in a vase and then moss laying underneath it with our escort cards being held up by pine cones. If you can imagine it, does it sound stupid? We are having a fall wedding and most of our paper products are centered around trees. I just thought it would represent that fall was here, kind of thing.
