Hi bees, I’m hoping you can help with my etsy conundrum.
I bought two cotton kaftans from a seller who has a 4.5 star rating overall. My first email with a question got a reply.
I made my order, but asked her questions about the shipping and a detail about one of the items. She hasn’t gotten back to me and it’s been 7 days. I’ve written to her 3 times in those 7 days with no reply.
What should I do? Try to cancel the order? Or just wait a couple more days? Etsy doesn’t really help to protect buyers the same way ebay does…I’d have to cancel within 30 days through paypal or my credit card company (correct me if I’m wrong) in order to get my money back.
What a pain…
